These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the do222 ("Platform", "we", "our") website and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. 1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

1.1 Platform

"do222 Platform" refers to the website operated under the do222.bar domain, including all gaming services, live casino, sports betting, and other entertainment activities offered there.

1.2 User / Member

"User" or "Member" refers to any adult individual registered on this platform who voluntarily uses do222's services.

1.3 Bonus Funds

"Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits awarded by the platform, which cannot be withdrawn directly before the specified wagering conditions are met.

1.4 Wagering Requirement

"Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" is the total amount that must be wagered before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

1.5 Service Hours

do222 operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All deadlines and time limits are calculated according to this timezone.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on do222, a user must be at least 21 years of age. The platform may request identification or other proof of age at any time for verification. Accounts may be temporarily suspended if the required verification is not completed.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when creating an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being closed and all deposited funds being forfeited. Each individual may open only one account.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Operating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address, the same payment method, or the same device, those accounts will be closed and all associated bonuses will be cancelled.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your do222 account password and login details completely confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, do222 may conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or proof of address. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

do222 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Evidence of cheating or fraud
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse
• Providing false information
• Non-cooperation with KYC verification

3.4 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may request to close their account voluntarily. Please contact the support team to do so. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

do222 currently accepts deposits through three mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may require additional verification.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, processing is typically completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase during KYC verification or in cases of unusual activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals may only be made to the mobile wallet used for the deposit — that is, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.4 Transaction Verification

do222 reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal before processing. Suspicious transactions may be placed on hold and additional information may be requested.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% first-deposit bonus is available on your first deposit at do222, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. This is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a specific time limit, which is communicated at the time the bonus is issued. If the wagering requirement is not met within the given period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or using manipulative betting strategies — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the related bonus and funds will be forfeited.

5.5 Other Promotions

do222 periodically offers additional promotions, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game outcomes on do222 are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer system. Game results are unbiased and operated without any external interference.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game session is left incomplete due to a technical error, do222 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount. Claims for winnings displayed as a result of a technical error will not be accepted.

6.3 Disconnection

If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the system will attempt to automatically restore the session. However, do222 is not responsible for issues caused by internet connectivity problems.

6.4 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows wagering on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet types and market rules are detailed on the relevant page. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be refunded unless otherwise stated.

7. Fair Play & Security

7.1 No Cheating

Any form of cheating, hacking, use of bots, scripts, or automated systems on the do222 platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

7.2 Anti-Money Laundering

do222 follows strict policies to prevent money laundering and financial crimes. do222 reserves the right to conduct necessary investigations into suspicious financial activity and to notify the relevant authorities.

7.3 SSL Encryption

7.4 Inappropriate Conduct

Abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior in the live casino or chat features will not be tolerated. If such behavior is detected, the account may be closed without warning.
